Real time principle in Coca Cola

… We are in this reality that we’ve gotta sort of operating in real time. Because that is the only way to meet the expectation of the consumers and stakeholders.

Real-time does also have a cost associated with it. I think the harder huddle actually could be for bigger companies because you’re talking about whole-sale capability changes that you’ve gotta think about. So, it is in fact a case of maybe smaller companies and smaller brands have the advantage to go there quickly because it’s just about capability and approach more than anything … Wendy Clark.
